• Technical and marketing details sent with the form: the page you were on, where you came from and any campaign tags.
• If you call our number: your phone number, the time and length of the call. Calls may be recorded and you'll be told if so.

Why we use it

To save your answers as you go (once you've given a phone number), even if you don't finish, so we can help you complete your booking. We don't pass your details to an engineer until you confirm the booking and tick the consent box. We also use them to match your enquiry to an independent engineer, so they can contact you about your repair, and to understand which parts of this website lead to enquiries.

Who we share it with

The independent engineer we match you with, and the service providers who help us run the website, phone numbers and messaging, for example website hosting, telephony and address lookup providers. Your postcode is sent to the address lookup provider to find the addresses to choose from. We don't sell your details.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and keep proper business records.
