What we are

Lanarkshire Appliance Repairs is an enquiry and booking service. We are not an appliance repair workshop and we don't employ the engineers. We take your enquiry and pass it to independent appliance repair engineers who cover your postcode.

What happens, step by step

1. You send us the appliance, the fault, your postcode and some days that suit.
2. We match your enquiry to an independent engineer who covers your area.
3. The engineer calls you, agrees the price and arranges the visit.
4. The engineer carries out the repair and you pay them directly.

What we do and don't do

• We do pass your details to the engineer you're matched with.
• We don't take payment through this website.
• The repair contract, price and any guarantee are between you and the engineer.
• We can't guarantee a particular day or time. It depends on engineers' diaries.

We only share your details with the engineer we match you with, so they can contact you about this repair. See the privacy policy.
